Mini Brawl

Terms of service

Effective September 10, 2026 · Applies to the Mini Brawl app and minibrawl.app

The short version

Mini Brawl is free. Play fair, pick a decent name, keep your transfer codes to yourself. Your recorded matches can show up as ghosts for other players. If something goes wrong, the law where you live still protects you.

1. The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Eugene Rozental, an individual in California, United States, who makes Mini Brawl ("we", "us"). By installing or playing Mini Brawl you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

2. Age and parents

Anyone can play. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you. Parents and guardians are responsible for how their children use the game.

3. Your licence to play

We give you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Mini Brawl on devices you own or control, following these terms and your app store's rules. We can take it back if you break these terms.

You may not copy, sell, rent or change the game, or try to get its source code, except where the law allows it anyway.

4. Your account

5. Display names and conduct

Other players see your display name. It must not be offensive, pretend to be someone else, or contain personal information such as a real full name, address, phone number, email or link.

Do not cheat, use exploits or bugs on purpose, use bots or other automation, tamper with the app or our server, or harass other players.

If a name or an account breaks these rules, we may rename it, reset its progress or trophies, void its matches, or suspend or delete it.

6. Fair play and progress

Our server referees every live match and decides the result. It may correct progress or trophies that could not have been earned in play, and it may void a match if something goes wrong, in which case no trophies change. Trophies, stars and other progress have no money value.

7. Your gameplay recordings

When you play a live match, the server records your moves. You let us replay those recordings to other players as ghost opponents, with your display name and trophy count, for up to 30 days. A player whose phone already downloaded one can keep replaying it there, offline. You also let us use gameplay data that does not identify you to run and improve the game. This permission is worldwide and free, and it ends for ghosts when they are deleted.

8. Purchases and refunds

Mini Brawl sells Gems, a virtual currency, and a starter pack through the Gem store. They are bought through Apple or Google, never from us directly, and are added to your account as soon as the store confirms the payment. Gems can be spent in the game on Shards and chests. The Gem store is not available in the under-13 mode.

Virtual items have no cash value, are licensed to you and not sold, cannot be transferred, and are not refundable once spent. Refunds follow the refund policy of the store you bought from. This section is our refund policy.

9. Availability

Online features, including live matches, trophies and cloud save, need our server. We may change or end them. The campaign does not need our server. We will give notice in the app or on this site where we can.

10. Feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely, without paying you or giving credit.

11. Ownership and trademarks

Mini Brawl, its name, art, code and sounds are © 2026 Eugene Rozental. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC. App Store and Game Center are trademarks of Apple Inc. Other names belong to their owners.

12. Other companies' services

Apple, Google and GameAnalytics provide parts of the service under their own terms. You must also follow any other terms that apply when you play, such as your mobile data plan.

13. Disclaimers and limits

To the extent the law allows, the game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, and we do not promise it will always work or be free of bugs.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost progress or data, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or takes away rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in California. If you are a consumer and the law where you live gives you protections or lets you go to your local courts, these terms do not take that away. There is no arbitration clause.

15. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top and show a notice in the app or on this site. Significant changes may need a parent's renewed consent for a minor, which is asked through the app store. If you keep playing after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.

16. Ending

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Sections 7, 10, 11, 13 and 14 continue after that.

17. Extra terms for the Apple App Store
