Delete your account
In short
Delete your account from the Account screen in the app, or email us. Your name, save, trophies and recordings go. Only anonymous match results stay.
In the app
- Open Mini Brawl and make sure you are online.
- On the home screen, tap your player card (your name and tag) at the top.
- On the Account screen, scroll down to Account.
- Tap Delete account, then Delete to confirm.
Your account is deleted from our server straight away, and the app wipes what it stored on your phone.
The app keeps only your year of birth, so the right settings for your age stay on.
Without the app
Email privacy@minibrawl.app from any address. There is no email or password on Mini Brawl accounts, so to find yours, include:
- your player tag (the
#and four characters under your name); - roughly when you started playing online;
- your trophy count, as close as you remember.
Tags are not unique, so we may ask for more detail, such as your display name or which phone you used. Once we are confident we have the right account, we delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- your display name and tag;
- your sign-in token and any transfer codes;
- your cloud save;
- your linked Google Play Games or Game Center id;
- your ghost replays;
- your trophies and trophy history;
- the moves recorded from your live matches (moves from a match that never finished, for example because our server restarted mid-match, are deleted after 30 days instead);
- your name in past match results.
What is kept, and for how long
- Your random player id, with no name or tag, marked as deleted, and the date it was made. Kept indefinitely, so past match results stay consistent and the id is never given to anyone else.
- Results of past live matches, holding only random player ids and no names. Kept indefinitely.
- Server logs, which may include your random player id, until our host Fly.io deletes them.
- Anonymous feedback you sent. It was never linked to your account, so we cannot find it. It is deleted after 12 months.
Other players' phones keep their own match history, which may show your old display name. We cannot reach those.
Uninstalling
Uninstalling Mini Brawl removes everything it stored on your phone. It does not delete your account on our server; use the steps above for that.
More detail is in our privacy policy.
